I've updated the SMN.org.au website with a subscribe/unsubscribe button.

This facilitates easy opt-in and opt-out of receiving newsletters.

Simply click the unsubscribe link (below, then confirm) and your email address will be removed from the list.

Also, if you know someone who is interested in receiving SMN news, you can include their details (see right sidebar), click subscribe and they'll receive an email asking if they wish to confirm their subscription.

Easy peasy  :)
