Dear SMN Members and friends,

Dr Johanna de Groot's talk scheduled for this meeting is 'The Hermeneutical Circle of Text, Author and Interpreter Versus Bible and Koran'.

As I joked with Jo, I have no idea what the heck that might mean, but Jo has promised to provide more explanation.

Judging by the high standard of Jo's previous presentation 'The Ladder of Credibility' I think her talk should prove quite interesting and informative.
